There’s a wellspring of energy, intuitive guidance, and deep personal power within you.
Your menstrual cycle can act as a compass to a whole new way of living and parenting, one that puts connection, ease, and flow at its centre.
You want to be that parent who stays grounded and centered through all of the emotional storms your child experiences. You yearn deeply to create a beautiful, unconditionally loving family life.
But you’re being pulled in so many directions, your to-do list has been neverending for so long, and there never seems to be a chance to meaningfully recharge. You’re understandably burnt out and holding a firm, loving boundary turns into yelling more often than you’d like to admit. Creating those moments of delight and wonder feel like another nagging thing on your to-do list, rather than a true source of joy and connection.
I’ve been there and want to reassure you: it doesn’t have to be like this.
Hi, I’m Sarah!
I’m a cycle coach for parents who have periods.
People work with me because they’re feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and like there’s never enough time. From the outside, you have an arguably awesome life (and there’s so much you love about your life!). But on the inside, you’re drowning under the weight of so much pressure. Because this awesome life? It requires you to be “on” all. the. time. And that’s beyond exhausting.
My approach isn’t about doing more or even finding the perfect “productivity hack.” This is about meaningfully reorienting your life so that you have access to more energy, a deep connection your intuition. and a natural sense of “flow” that permeates your life.
It’s possible for life to be rich and fulfilling without feeling like you’re drowning. And our menstrual cycles provide the perfect blueprint.
You're frustrated by never having enough time for yourself…
and afraid that if you don't keep doing everything for everyone that your kids will be totally messed up. And honestly, what’s the alternative? We’re a generation without a village but with higher expectations and demands on us than ever before. But if you keep feeling this exhausted, you'll never be able to fully enjoy your life.
And that other way you’re looking for? I’m here to tell you that it might be hiding in a very unexpected place: your menstrual cycle.
Personally, I ran head first into burn out by approaching gentle parenting the way I thought I “should”.
My understanding of the menstrual cycle helped me create a sustainable rhythm in our family life and develop a new parenting paradigm that supports parents to live in alignment with their unique flow.
Enter: The Cyclic Parenting Framework.
Our menstrual cycles are naturally regenerative and can guide us to lives based on ease, joy, connection, and spaciousness.
The Cyclic Parenting Framework acts as a compass, helping you find your unique path to a totally different way of living and parenting.
