  • I’ve been there and I get what you’re going through. I spent years on the burnout hamster wheel. In trying to keep up with the go-go-go always-on demands of life I’d go through periods of intense busyness followed by big crashes and steep declines in my mental health. Menstrual cycle awareness became my pathway to a more sustainable and fulfilling way of life.

  • Through the gentle modality of cycle coaching, you’ll gain a deep self-awareness of your own needs and energy so that you can start living in alignment with them, rather than always pushing yourself to fit a mould that is depleting and damaging you.

I am a cycle coach accredited through the Cycle Coach School and International Institute for Complementary Therapists. As a self-employed, home educating mama, I understand the challenges of trying to be all things to all people and ending up feeling completely sucked dry.

In this program, we’ll commit to getting clarity on your needs and energy levels, including how they fluctuate throughout your cycle. We’ll ask the right questions so that you can connect deeply with yourself and your intuition, so that you always know you’re making the right choices for you and your family. You’ll learn simple steps for nourishing yourself and aligning your life with your cycle so that you can ditch overwhelm and burnout, and create a life based in ease and flow. Whether you just want to meal plan consistently or dream of starting your own business, we’ll uncover what’s been holding you back and I’ll teach you a beautiful process for bringing your intentions to life in a simple, sustainable way.

What’s included:

  • We will work together for a minimum of 4-months, with the option to renew

  • 8 x 60-minute coaching sessions, where we will meet every two weeks on Zoom

  • Support via e-mail and Voxer (a free voice messaging app) in-between sessions

  • Worksheets, guides, rituals, tools, practices, and meditations to integrate the work we do together and that you can continue using in the future

The Cyclic Shift

Here’s what you can expect:

Cyclic Parenting is a 4-month 1:1 coaching program that’s bespoke and tailored to your needs.

Let me start by telling you what’s NOT included:

  • Judgment. This is a safe space to express all of you, in your messy imperfect glory.

  • Pressure. Ultimately, you are the expert on your experience and your body. While coaching will invite you to stretch and grow, I’m never going to expect you to do something you’re not comfortable with.

  • A one-size-fits-all approach. While I will lead you through the Cyclic Parenting Framework, it’s completely adaptable to your specific circumstances and needs, so we will be meeting you where you’re at. This is about finding your flow, not anyone else’s.

Program breakdown:

Session 1. Getting intimate with your cycle.

We’ll begin by setting an intention for our work together so that your experience is completely bespoke to your desires, goals, and circumstances. Together we’ll uncover what your body and your cycle have been communicating to you all this time, so that you can understand what will help you live with a greater sense of ease and flow. I’ll help you establish the most foundational, unique-to-you cycle tracking habit (that takes just two minutes per day) so we can start getting the powerful cyclic intel we need to make bringing your intention to fruition elegant and sustainable.

Session 2. Going back to the beginning

Because of the stigma and misinformation that surrounds menstruation, many of us inherited “menarche wounds.” These wounds can have an incredibly negative impact on how we relate to our body, our sense of agency, and our self-worth. We will be revisiting your first period to begin healing those wounds, reconnecting with who you were at that time, and reclaiming essential parts of yourself that may have been abandoned during your menstruating years.

Session 3. Nourishing the menstrual ecosystem.

Our menstrual cycle is a “vital sign,” just like your temperature and respiratory rate, meaning it’s an important indicator of your overall health. We’ll be integrating simple, high impact practices that will support your overall menstrual cycle and have powerful ripple effects to your sense of vitality and wellbeing.

Session 4. Crafting supportive rhythms.

Family rhythms are an essential part of the Cyclic Parenting Framework as they’re an incredibly powerful way to support our children and ourselves. We’ll work on crafting rhythms that bring a sense of ease and flow to your family life. Through this framework we’ll ensure life is more aligned with your cycle and your values, and that you reclaim heaps of your energy so that you can pour some of it back into yourself.

Session 5. Prioritising rest and pleasure.

Most of us understand the importance of rest and pleasure, but we might haves some major hangups and logistical headaches when it comes to actually making them a priority. You’ll learn how your cycle is always orienting you towards rest and pleasure. We’ll explore the incredibly energising power they both hold and look at the totally doable ways to begin integrating both into your life.

Session 6. Mining for gold.

Now that you have a few months of charting under your belt, together we’ll discover the patterns of your unique cycle and determine what needs, desires, and messages are being communicated through your body. We’ll look at what changes would bring more joy, connection, flow, and ease to your life using this cyclic intel. And through this session, you’ll know how to continually check-in with your cycle and understand its messages in a practical, actionable way.

Session 7. Harnessing the creative cycle.

Now that we have a solid understanding of your unique cycle and have begun aligning your life with it, I’ll teach you a powerful, repeatable process for using your cycle to bring goals and intentions to life. This process works for everything from meal planning to writing a book and helps ensure you’re working in a way that is sustainable and doable, even as a busy parent.

Session 8. Integration and embodiment of cyclic parenting.

Here’s where we celebrate all of the work you’ve put in and the powerful changes you’ve made! We’ll explore how to integrate all that you’ve discovered and learned over the past several months, and what it will look and feel like to continue on your cyclic parenting journey moving forward. This is a way of life and here’s where we lock it in so you can carry it with you forever.

In this session, we can also explore options for continuing to work together, if you so desire.
