Understanding the seasons of your cycle

In my experience, understanding the phases of our menstrual cycles can be profoundly transformative. It normalizes our experience, helps us to understand what's going on within our bodies throughout the cycle, illustrates how we might feel, and what we need as a result. This understanding helped me feel less crazy and alone, and slowly change how I was living in order to embrace the ebbs and flows of my natural energy patterns in order to create a life based on joy, ease, connection, and flow. In this episode I explain the Inner Seasons framework of Menstrual Cycle Awareness, which gives us an easy and accessible way to understand and embody the energies of each phase of the cycle. Whether you're totally new to this concept or are a seasoned cycle charter, I think this episode will give you new insights for working with the energies of your cycle.
